Scrabble Magnets

I got a package in the mail from Stephen....what was it? Well, I mentioned to him that I wanted to make magnets out of Scrabble tiles...SO...he made some for me!!! Ya! They look so cool on my refrigerator. I'm really excited, plus it was super sweet of him to make them for me. I really do have the best boyfriend in the world!

Toasty

Here's a picture of me and my new beautiful toaster Stephen bought me. I had been complaining how I miss having toast with my oatmeal, so he sent me one! It works really good too. You can see my beautiful sunburn also, thanks to the A&M/SMU game. It's peeling already. My bicep looks pretty good too, I've been pumping iron (well actually I have...pills anyway haha).

Aggies BTHO SMU

Today I went to the Texas A&M vs SMU football game at Kyle Field. Aggies BTHO SMU winning 66-8. It was a good game in that we won, but it was a miserably hot day. Holy cow was it hot!! I think I was getting really close to fainting because I was seeing a big white ring around my vision. I got sunburned too. Damn SPF 15, I guess on sweltering days more is better. 40 Year Old Virgin

This weekend I went to se the 40 Year-Old Virgin. I wasn't too excited about it, I thought the previews looked stupid. Well well....it's actually really funny! It's not completely "stupid" humor so I enjoyed it. There is one part where there is a Yorkie in the park humping a hound dog and, I swear, that could have been my dog Annie. It looked just like her...shaggy hair, un-cropped tail, humping...it was her twin!! Crazy. Maybe I should start taking her to movie auditions??

Missy

I dog-sat Missy this weekend. She is super cute and silly. Here is a picture of her chowing down on her rawhide bone. I don't want to give her back, bummer. :(

Crafty Day

I had a crafty day. I framed the coffee mug prints I bought at Target and made curtains for my kitchen windows. The projects only cost $2 each! I was proud of my "design on a dime" creations. For future reference...thrift stores are great places to pick up cheap picture frames!

Zucchini Bread, Yum!

Last night I tried a recipe for Zuchhini Bread. I used a muffin pan instead of a loaf. I think it came out pretty good. They're nice and sweet but a little dry. I'm going to give most of them away because I can't really eat that many muffins!
